Got into the gym last night right after work and got some cardio done. Went for 45 mins at a pretty good pace and burned 420 calories. I don’t trust the machine’s calorie count since it’s just guessing based on the weight and age I’m inputting at the beginning. Maybe this weekend i’ll look into some nice heart rate monitors over at Dicks. Triceps and chest are both pretty sore today and it feels good knowing they got worked on Monday. Tonight is back and biceps and i’m actually kinda looking forward to getting in there lifting.
On another note the internet seems to be all fucked up today which is annoying since it’s making it really hard to do my projects without internet access. Oh well I guess I should look into that.
